Frequently Asked Questions

At Wellness Lane Chiropractic, we want you to feel comfortable and informed before you ever step through our doors. Here are answers to the questions we hear most often:

Where are you located?

We’re conveniently located at 13881 Midway Rd #104, Farmers Branch, TX 75244. Our clinic is easy to find, with free on-site parking.

What are your office hours?

We’re open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. We’re closed on Sundays so our team can recharge.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — we ask that you schedule ahead so we can give you the time and attention you deserve. Same-week appointments are often available.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit includes a thorough consultation and exam, along with your first chiropractic adjustment if appropriate. We’ll explain what’s going on, answer questions, and give you clear recommendations. Expect your visit to take about an hour.

How much does a first visit cost?

A first visit is $100 and includes the exam and adjustment. Follow-up visits are $80, or a quick wellness visit for $65.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly. However, we happily provide itemized receipts you can submit to your insurance company. We also accept HSA and FSA cards.

What conditions do you treat?

We help patients with disc injuries, sciatica, ankle and foot pain, knee pain, hip impingement, shoulder problems, SI joint pain, neck pain, and headaches. We also care for athletes looking to stay strong and prevent overuse or ACL injuries.

What treatments do you offer?

We offer chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, class 4 laser therapy, dry needling, soft tissue work, cupping, and personalized home exercise programs. Every plan is customized to your needs.

Do you take X-rays or imaging before treatment?

Not always. Most patients don’t need imaging to begin care, but if we believe it’s necessary, we’ll refer you to a trusted imaging center.

Do you treat pregnancy or postpartum concerns?

Yes. We safely treat pregnancy-related pain as well as postpartum issues like “mommy thumb” (De Quervain’s). Our approach is gentle and adapted to each stage.

Do you provide home exercises?

Yes. We design easy-to-follow plans that match your goals and progress. You’ll know exactly what to do at home and when to progress to the next step.

Is chiropractic care safe?

Yes — chiropractic care is safe, effective, and drug-free. We use techniques suited to your condition, comfort level, and goals.

How soon will I feel better?

Some patients feel relief right away, while others notice steady improvement over a few visits. The timeline depends on your condition, how long it’s been there, and your body’s healing response.

Do you see kids and families?

Absolutely. We provide care for kids, teens, and adults. Families often come in together to keep everyone moving and feeling their best.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move in — like gym or casual wear — is best.
